The Divine Mandate


Our Mandate speaks of liberation in all facets of human existence, we focus mainly on destinies that have been afflicted, battered, beaten, tattered, deformed and subsequently in groaning and agonies, as a result of pains, pangs and crying. This is the mandate.

"The hour has come to liberate the world from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith, and I am sending you to undertake this task."

Pastor Emmanuel O. Akinola was ordained into full-time ministry under the ministry of his mentor, Bishop David Oyedepo who is the President and Founder of the Living Faith Church, worldwide (aka Winners Chapel International), and also the Presiding Pastor of Faith Tabernacle Canaan Land Ota, Africa – the largest church auditorium in the world.

For the past few weeks, I have been financially strapped but as at this morning, I am blessed with $  4000.00.  Secondly, there was going to be redundancy concerning the project my husband was doing.   We declared our case was different and that he wasn’t going to be part.  About 75 % of the employees     lost their job but my husband was exempted.  Rather, he was given a contract extension with two more  additional projects. I have always been having bad dreams of molestation for a long time. I came to see Pastor Kobby who  prayed with me. Since then, I haven’t experienced that again. Secondly, about a year ago, I sent some  goods home to be sold but they were not bought. I then keyed into what Papa said that “we don’t wait  for miracles to happen; we work miracles.” So I embarked on a 3 day fasting and prayers and now they  have been sold. I have come to give God all the glory.

I thank God for the life of my son. He has been having stomach ache since last year. Whenever it  happened, for a whole week he wouldn’t be able to go to school. We have been to many doctors and  run different tests but they couldn’t detect what was wrong. I brought him to Pastor Kobby. He prayed  and gave him a shot of the anointing oil and that was it. He has never felt the pain again. Praise the  Lord!

In 2010, my job in New York was challenged and I was at the edge of being sent packing home. I tried to bail myself out all to no avail. However, I remembered my father in the Lord, Bishop David Abioye and declared to myself “he who has a father must not suffer shame and ridicule.” Then I called him and all he said was that evil must bow before good so I should &nbsp; go and rest. 24 hours later, those that were troubling me were troubled by God. Shortly after I came to the US, I decided to quit working during the weekend and devote my time for  serving the Lord. Many people wondered how I would make it with my meager salary but I trusted God  for his faithfulness. By the end of last year, I met Pastor Adesokan who told me that God would give me  a job I didn’t deserve. I keyed into it and sent my résumé to a bank and I had the job. During the training,  I realized I was the least among them; age wise, education wise and what have you. This is the doing of  the Lord and I have come to return all glory to God.
